The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth. As a Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and training your team, managing stock and inventory, and delivering exceptional customer service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and train a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage stock and inventory to ensure optimal sales and minimize waste
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building customer loyalty
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of sales budgets and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
