About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and sales-focused Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in your store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a passion for customer service, fashion, and retail sales
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the head office team to achieve company goals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years fashion retail management experience
  • Experience in managing a team of more than 5
  • Sound customer service skills with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
