IT Technician

We are seeking an entry-level Information Technician to join our small team at the Worsley Collie Refinery Site.

This role will involve hardware deployment and support, including PC's, laptops, and printers, as well as providing Level 1 Network Support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the installation and configuration of PC's
• Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
• Providing effective communication and support to clients

Requirements:

• Experience in a multi-networked help desk environment
• Familiarity with integrated software packages
• Possession of a valid C Class driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a stringent medical and random D&A testing, as well as hold proof of COVID-19 vaccination certificate
