Accounting Officer Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Officer to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial support and ensuring the accuracy of accounts and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operations and ensure procedures and documentation are in order for general ledger, payroll, income audit, accounts payable, receivable, general cashier, and cost control.
  • Understand computerized information network mechanisms related to gathering data for processing at an accounting/bookkeeping level.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data, ad-hoc projects, preparing costing templates, and forecasting spreadsheets.
  • Provide relief and/or assistance to the Finance Manager when on leave or requires assistance.
