Senior Data Engineer Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our data infrastructure. As a key member of our BI & Data department, you will be responsible for architecting and building scalable data pipelines that deliver timely and relevant data insights to our users.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a strong background in data engineering, with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale data systems. You will also need excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across multiple time zones.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain scalable data pipelines using Terraform and AWS cloud services
  • Design and implement ELT processes to transform raw data into meaningful insights
  • Develop and optimize data warehousing plans in Snowflake to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and analysis of data
  • Implement and maintain data lakes to ensure data organization, security, and availability
  • Collaborate with BI developers, business analysts, and internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver data solutions

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform, AWS cloud services, and data warehousing technologies
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
