Our logistics operation requires a highly skilled Night Shift allocator to join our team in Brisbane.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods, adhering to Linfox safety and compliance guidelines.

This role involves allocating, route planning, and dispatching deliveries, supporting the team by communicating effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicate clearly with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records related to manifests, delivery schedules, and compliance
  • Monitor service schedules and complete accurate handovers
  • Complete yard checks and meet Safety KPIs

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in similar positions within the Logistics/Transport/Road industry
  • Highly organized with ability to work calmly under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills
