As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the management of design documentation and consultant outputs under the guidance of a senior mentor.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for coordinating daily design queries and ensuring that all documentation is accurately aligned with project requirements.
  • A collaborative and detail-focused individual who can effectively liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve complex design challenges quickly.
  • Ensure that designs comply with NSW Class 2 building regulations and industry standards while providing clear communication across all stakeholders.
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in design management or coordination, preferably on Class 2 residential or shopping centre projects.
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills, particularly with Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software.
  • Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative – someone who takes ownership of their role while supporting senior leadership.
  • Located in Newcastle (or surrounds) and open to occasional travel to the North Coast for project requirements.
  • Motivated to learn and develop under a senior mentor – not seeking a step-up senior role.
