Lead Innovator for Creative Education

  • Manage and implement innovative initiatives to drive student learning outcomes.
  • Develop strong relationships with the school's executive team to lead, manage, and design quality teaching and learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Successful teaching experience with a proven track record of improving teaching, learning, and classroom practice.
  • Knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare to lead and design inclusive teaching and learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage students, staff, and parents.
  • Ability to plan and manage resources effectively and equitably to support teaching and learning.
  • Commitment to promoting Aboriginal education and cultural awareness.

The successful applicant must hold an unconditional full approval to teach with the relevant state or national department of education. If not, they must commence the application process at the same time as applying for this opportunity.

This comprehensive high school caters for students from years 7 to 12. Student enrolment consists of over 900 students, including students from diverse backgrounds and abilities.
