Electrical Design Specialist

Contribute to the development of landmark projects that have a positive impact on society. Our Energy team collaborates with clients to ensure safe and reliable power supplies, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and implement sustainable city transitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop concept and detailed electrical design drawings for various projects, including wastewater treatment plants, water and wastewater pumping stations, wastewater network renewal, reservoir renewal, and improvements.
  • Create engineering drawings from sketches, calculations, and specifications.
  • Support the electrical design team in developing project designs and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure cohesive design integration.
  • Manage project setup and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse client requirements to ensure all specifications are captured and apply quality control processes to maintain drawing accuracy and compliance.
About You
  • Hold a diploma in Electrical Engineering or above.
  • Have experience in a consulting environment.
  • Possess strong drafting and detailing skills.
  • Be proficient in AutoCAD.
  • Have experience in transmission secondary design and water infrastructure.
  • Be skilled in interpreting engineering designs and producing layouts, schematics, and general arrangements.
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
