Enhance Independence with Physiotherapy

We are seeking a skilled physiotherapist to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions to clients in the community.

This is an opportunity to use your clinical skills to support independent living at home, while enjoying a flexible work environment with a great team culture.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualised programs for aged care clients, focusing on reablement and restorative care models.

  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs
  • Post graduate experience working in aged care services
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Alignment with our organisation's values and mission
