Insurance Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recovery and Resolution Consultant to join our growing claims team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with third parties, insurers, and vehicle hirers to collect details about incidents, resolving liability disputes, and processing administrative support tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Be the primary point of contact for recoveries, engaging with third parties and insurers to collect incident details.
- Engage in conversation about liability disputes, utilizing exceptional conflict management skills to resolve issues.
- Process administrative support tasks, including recovery deposits, invoice payments, and proof of loss management.
- Follow clear escalation guidelines, passing complex recovery conversations to senior staff members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior claims and recoveries consultants, to manage workload and develop skills.
- You are a confident and extroverted individual with a knack for being comfortable and engaging on the phone.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills and the ability to control conversations are essential.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to quickly pick up new systems are required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are necessary.
- A positive and motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment, is essential.
