Investment Director, Dynamic Growth Equity Fund

We are working with a unique and highly active private equity growth fund that invests in high growth businesses and is hands-on with their assets. They have a strong track record and a consistent growth trajectory and are seeking an Investment Director to join their team.

The Head of Private Capital is an exceptional leader with a strong network and track record. We are looking for a highly commercial, thoughtful but dynamic individual with great deal experience and a strong operational skillset, plus a passion for the growth space. The firm emphasizes hands-on involvement, strong commercial acumen, and high technical skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution of transactions
  • Sit on or observe boards as appropriate
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and evaluate growth opportunities
Qualifications
  • 8+ years in Investment Banking with Private Equity or active Corporate Development experience
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Knowledge of the growth equity and/or restructuring space
  • Ability to understand commercial, financial and operational drivers of growth businesses
  • CFA or CA qualified
  • Deal experience is non-negotiable
  • Investing experience is required
