About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and driven Planning Analyst to join our team on a 14-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our planning team, you'll provide performance analysis insights and recommendations to drive profitability for the brand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing reports and analyzing data to inform planning decisions
  • Identifying opportunities and risks that may impact the brand
  • Collaborating with Merchandise Planners to set up and manage markdowns, forecasts, and line cards
  • Supporting the planning team to ensure accurate assortment quantities for each region and channel
Key Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A qualification or degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Analytics
  • Experience working in a fast-paced merchandise or account management environment
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and/or merchandise systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive commercial outcomes
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
