**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Heritage Coordinator to support the effective implementation of cultural heritage surveys and monitoring with site teams and Traditional Owners across the Kalgoorlie Production Centre.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. To collaborate with site teams and Traditional Owners to ensure compliance with cultural heritage regulations and protocols.
  2. To conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential impacts on cultural heritage sites.
  3. To coordinate and implement cultural heritage surveys and monitoring programs, ensuring all necessary data is collected and reported accurately.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as archaeology, anthropology, or environmental science.
  • Extensive experience working in cultural heritage management, preferably in a mining or extractive industry context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
