About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Psychologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary therapy team in Sydney.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an excellent remuneration package, including salary packaging options, with a salary range estimated at $80k - $110k per annum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement intervention approaches and strategies that are evidence-based, holistic, client-centred, and outcome-driven.
  • Utilise and provide a range of assessment tools and techniques.
  • Plan, deliver, and evaluate a range of psychology services that build on strengths, needs, and priorities and meet quality service standards.
  • Support clients and other stakeholders to develop and review support plans.
  • Advocate for clients, their carers, and families to enable choice and decision-making that supports independence and quality of life.
  • Exhibit cultural sensitivity and awareness.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology.
  • Full registration with AHPRA as a General or Clinical Psychologist.
  • NDIS Workers Disability Check and/or Working with Children Check.
  • National police check, WWCC, and a driver's license are essential.
  • Postgraduate experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a disability is desirable.
  • A well-developed assessment and therapeutic skills set.
