Regional Business Development Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to drive business growth in the AsiaPac region. As part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key customer relationships, and building a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Manage and grow existing customer relationships through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team by providing coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of sales and/or account management experience, preferably in a similar role with commercial or technical degree.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to build and maintain productive relationships.
  • Independent, structured work style with a high level of flexibility, commitment, and willingness to travel.
  • Multilingual negotiation and presentation skills with a high closing ratio.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, cloud, analytics, databases, and ETL technologies, as well as enterprise software sales.
