Your New Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Castle Hill store, reporting directly to the Retail Business Leader (Store Manager). You will proactively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, manage staff schedules, and optimize business costs.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee the showroom and warehouse operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Manage staff schedules, providing guidance and support to ensure team members excel in their roles.
- Optimize business costs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Develop and implement training programs to equip team members with the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Foster a positive and high-performing team culture, prioritizing safety and creating an exceptional workplace for employees and customers alike.
About You
We're looking for a confident and driven individual with prior leadership experience in retail. You should be passionate about delivering a fantastic customer experience, have exposure to using financial data to drive targets and operational success, and be committed to learning and upskilling your team.
