Customer Logistics Manager

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive the supply chain agenda and efforts within the sales, retail, and e-tail customer environment. As a key partner with HQ sales and supply chain functions, you will identify opportunities for improvement and overall value.

As a strong customer advocate, you will balance business needs with customer requirements, developing strategies and tracking performance towards targeted goals that align with the customer approach and lowest delivered total cost.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of consumer packaged goods experience including Supply Chain Logistics, with a strong knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Process. Previous experience in managing customer inventory and managing to key service metrics is desired. The ability to work effectively in multiple cross-functional teams and possess managerial presence, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.

Job Description:

A strategic thinker and problem solver with a passion for logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order to cash cycle to ensure timely order fulfillment to our Retail/Etail customers
• Partner with customer replenishment team and Broker partners to optimize order frequency, quantities, and inbound delivery to the retail/etail distribution centers.
• Drive process improvements, streamline service, and reduce costs.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of consumer packaged goods experience including Supply Chain Logistics
• Strong knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Process strongly preferred
• Previous experience managing customer inventory and managing to key service metrics desired
• Understanding of customer forecasting methodology
• Consumer products industry experience preferred

Benefits:
