About the Opportunity

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced SAP Success Factors consultant to work with clients in Australia. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors Employee Central, Time Off, and Payroll modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize SAP Success Factors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules according to business requirements.
  • Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll, including Point-to-Point replication setups.
  • Troubleshoot data-related issues and ensure data integrity across modules data replication monitor
  • Integrate Success Factors EC with other business systems.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Success Factors platform.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Success Factors releases and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new features and functionalities.
Skill and Competencies:
  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+years of experience in Success Factors Employee Central (EC) API, EC Time Off, SAP S4 Hana HR and understanding of AU/US payroll process would be added advantage.
