There's an exciting opportunity for a Lifestyle Program Coordinator:

- Eastwood location
- 0.8 FTE

Our wellbeing strategy drives the quality of life of our residents by engaging them in meaningful occupation.

The role involves developing the strategic direction of our lifestyle program, considering innovative practices closely aligned with our wellbeing approach.

You will work under the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs, collaborating with the Wellbeing Program Coordinator, Volunteer Program Coordinator, and providing leadership to a team of high-performing Wellbeing Consultants across the organization.

As part of the Head Office in Eastwood, you will partner with 13 residential aged care sites to drive performance outcomes through standardized organizational processes, professional development of Lifestyle staff and good governance systems.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold A Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Social Work, Bachelor of Psychology or Bachelor of Health Science (Healthy Ageing) or equivalent;
  • Be a natural influencer
  • Enjoy coaching and building capability
  • Be comfortable using evidence to inform practice
