Our organization is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Support Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our diagnostic equipment.
This is a permanent full-time position that will be based at our Nowra facilities. As a Diagnostic Imaging Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide technical and non-technical support to our clinic teams in South East NSW on a rostered call cycle.
Your duties will include:
- Maintaining a high standard of work and service at all times
- Providing a physical IT presence in the clinics, rotating between locations on a day-to-day basis
- Answering inbound calls and providing support to internal and external customers
- Acting as a project resource on internal & clinic projects
- Identifying opportunities for system improvement across the business
- Providing technical support (diagnosing & repairing hardware & software faults, troubleshooting, installing & configuring hardware & software) and non-technical support (customer service, timely & accurate customer feedback) to clinic teams
You will also participate in the on-call / after-hours support roster and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
We are looking for a candidate who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. A basic understanding of Linux systems and knowledge of VMWare would be desirable.
