Protein Analytics Research Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Scientist specializing in Protein Analytics to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protein chemistry and analytics, with experience in various protein characterization techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Design, plan, and execute research projects focused on protein analytics and characterization.
- Develop and optimize protocols for the extraction, purification, and analysis of proteins.
- Utilize a range of analytical techniques, including chromatography, mass spectrometry or ELISAs to characterize protein structure and function.
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to drive scientific insights and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure the successful development and application of protein analytics methods.
- Prepare and present research findings in scientific reports, publications, and presentations.
- Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in protein analytics.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers.
- Ph.D. in biochemistry or related discipline.
- Postdoctoral or industry experience in protein analytics.
- Strong expertise in protein characterization techniques and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
