
Administrative Team Lead

This role is responsible for providing leadership and management to a team of administration staff. The successful candidate will be accountable for ensuring the effective delivery of services across multiple locations.
The position involves supporting the leadership team in the development and implementation of strategic plans, as well as managing staff who are performing front-line services duties. This includes booking appointments, managing referrals, screening telephone calls, and providing clinic support.
A high level of time management skills, along with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels, is required. A strong understanding of health-based IT systems, including EPIC, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide support and assistance to the leadership team as necessary
