Capstone Recruitment has partnered with a leading player in the Australian property industry to fill a critical role for a Property Technology Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and delivering business systems, applications, and data across the organization.

About the Role:

  • The primary accountabilities of this role include ensuring the security and maintenance of local enterprise systems and applications, escalating critical issues with third-party vendors.
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business units to understand their specific requirements and work with them to prototype solutions.
  • Assessing the current state of business systems and processes, mapping out the future state, and conducting gap analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Managing system-related initiatives from start to finish, creating end-user training materials, facilitating hypercare activities, and communicating changes to stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure they meet service level agreements.

About You:

  • You will need at least 4-7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, working on complex technology and system-related projects.
  • Experience working within the property industry, with a good understanding of how property businesses operate.
  • Relevant project delivery certifications such as PRINCE2, PMBOK, Lean, or PMP.
  • Hands-on experience in reporting using PowerBI and MS Office Suite, as well as relevant property technology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with attention to detail and an outcome-oriented attitude.
