We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning Somerville. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a safe, engaging, and inviting learning environment for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
- Maintain open and effective communication with families, children, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices that promote the well-being and safety of our children
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current and valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
