Geochemist Research Position

This is a research-focused position that offers the opportunity to contribute to national research infrastructure. We are seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to join our team as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow or Research Fellow.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct high-quality research aligned with EarthBank's goals and publish findings in reputable academic journals.
- Curate and upload at least 250 samples annually to the EarthBank platform, contributing to data model development and refinement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing training workshops, seminars, and integration of EarthBank tools and datasets into coursework and student research projects.
- Mentor Honours and HDR students, guiding them on data submission standards and best practices in geochemical and geochronological data management.
- Promote collaboration within EarthBank's national network through participation in regular meetings, outreach, and strategic planning.
- Lead or co-lead research projects of national impact and take a primary role in at least one annual publication using EarthBank data or capabilities.
- Demonstrate effective supervision of Honours and HDR students to successful completion.
