Enhancing Resident Care

As a senior healthcare professional, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of residents. You will report directly to the home's head and utilize your clinical expertise to optimize every aspect of resident care.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and nurture strong relationships between residents and their families.
- Develop and train future carers and nurses, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
- Oversee clinic operations, guaranteeing that stock management, compliance, and reporting are accurate and up-to-date.
- Design and implement clinical care programs that yield outstanding results.
- Support financial management decisions within the home.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives.
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
- At least 3 years of experience in a nursing management position, preferably at ward level or above.
- A strong background in aged care and experience managing teams and budgets.
