We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals for our staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals for staff, ensuring a balanced and healthy diet.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to Food Safety guidelines and HACCP principles.
- Assist with food ordering, presentation, and service.
- Collaborate with the stewarding team to ensure a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal customers.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
