Lead a Dedicated Team in Overnight Respite Care

This full-time role involves managing and providing direct care for clients' individual needs, working closely with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to lead staff recruitment, mentorship, and technical aspects of care provision.

  • Provide professional leadership and ensure quality care delivery
  • Manage technical aspects of care provision and oversee related responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Clubs and Cottages to recruit, mentor, and lead staff

Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Aged Care and 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong administrative and computer skills
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with clients and staff
  • Knowledge of relevant programs and guidelines (CHSP, HCPG, HC Common Standards)
