Job Summary

As a key member of our national team, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven individual to drive bookings, hit sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences in our flagship studio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking Coordination: Manage and coordinate bookings to maximise studio efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for both new and returning clients.
  • Sales Performance: Turn enquiries into confirmed bookings, contributing to team sales goals.
  • Accuracy Maintenance: Maintain accuracy across our booking systems.
  • Social Media Support: Respond promptly to booking requests via social media channels.
About You

We're looking for someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the role. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Proven Sales Ability: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in a bookings, customer service or administrative role within the tattoo industry.
