Lead Practitioner Out of Home Care

This role involves providing clinical services to children and young people in out of home care. It requires a high level of expertise in trauma informed therapy, complex case management, and assessment.
The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing leadership and support to other team members. They will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment programs, working with innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services in Tasmania.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Demonstrated knowledge, skill and expertise in providing clinical service delivery related to the program area
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant, evidenced-based contemporary approaches to child and youth mental health services
- Demonstrated experience working in a recovery-orientated, trauma informed care approach to children, young people and their families/significant others
- Permanent, full-time position with a salary range of $114,851 to $121,886 per annum

- Successful applicants will be required to meet the essential criteria, which includes being registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse Current and holding a Working with Children Registration
- Desirable criteria include holding a current Driver's Licence and having a minimum of 3 years' experience highly relevant to the role
