We are seeking a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for sales.

About the Opportunity

In this position, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social channels to spark meaningful conversations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate high-quality sales qualified leads and book meetings for our account executives.
  • Partner closely with 3–4 sales representatives to develop and execute outreach strategies for target accounts.
  • Manage daily tasks including call outreach, follow-ups, email campaigns, and diary scheduling.
  • Continuously test and refine your approach to improve engagement and results.

  • You are driven, resilient, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are confident reaching out to new people, engaging them in conversation, and understanding their needs.
  • Your communication skills, written and verbal, are clear, professional, and persuasive.
  • You are organized, self-motivated, and like working to targets.
  • You have either completed a degree in business or a related field or have relevant work experience that shows you are ready to learn and succeed.
What Would Make You Stand Out
  • 2–4 years of phone-based prospecting experience in a B2B or B2C environment.
  • Experience selling payroll, HRIS, or SaaS solutions is a strong advantage.
  • You have previously engaged with HR leaders or C-level executives in a sales setting.
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or sales engagement platforms such as Outreach is a plus.
