We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings with the sales team to drive new business. Your contributions will directly support the growth of our company by helping to fill the sales pipeline with high-quality prospects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Research and identify new business prospects through various outbound methods such as calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our products / services and spark interest.
  • Engage with leads to assess their needs and determine if they align with our target customer profile, qualifying them for follow-up.
  • Schedule demos and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team to advance them through the sales process.
  • Continuously follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and ensure prospects stay engaged with the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in HubSpot to track activity and follow up as needed.
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective messaging and a steady stream of high-quality leads.
  • Measure and report on key performance metrics, ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved.

Skills & Experience :

2-3 years of experience in sales development in B2B SaaS.Experience in outbound sales or lead generation as well as inbound sales.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.Resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Positive attitude, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally.
