Opportunity Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Paint Prepper to join our team at Botany. This role involves preparing vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing as per job sheets. If you have previous experience in a prepping or painting role, a strong commitment to safety, and high attention to detail, we encourage you to apply.

Job Description
  • Prepare vehicles for painting by priming, buffing, and denibbing according to job sheets
  • Handle all vehicles with care and attention
  • Clean work bays and workshops as needed
  • Adhere to our Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a prepping or painting role
  • Strong commitment to working safely
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
