Your Role in Our Organization

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage hospital operations after hours. This key position will oversee the coordination of staff across various departments and ensure that service excellence is maintained at all times.

  • You will assess staffing levels, relocating staff as needed to meet clinical and operational requirements.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles or senior positions within patient flow specialities is essential.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and/or Midwife is mandatory.
  • Tertiary qualifications in people management and/or leadership would be advantageous.

This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in maintaining relevant clinical knowledge and skills, ensuring effective leadership within specialty areas.
