As a Crew Planning Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting operational strategies by providing reliable and comprehensive analytics and insights.

The Workforce Planning team is responsible for short to long-term planning for Flight, Cabin, and Ground Crew across our network. We're a fun and dedicated team that delivers compliant and efficient rosters that align with business objectives.

As a Crew Planning Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing complex workforce planning initiatives and identifying trends to recommend changes that meet operational requirements
  • Developing recruitment and training plans that meet business needs
  • Accurate and timely reporting of Workforce Planning outcomes
  • Identifying process improvements and making recommendations for implementation
  • Ensuring all documentation, checklists, and procedures are up-to-date
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated experience in analytical techniques to examine and manage large data sets for work groups across the country
  • Ability to put narrative to numbers when communicating with internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proven team player with strong initiative and the ability to work independently
