We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Casual Optical Assistant to join our team in Bull Creek. As an Optical Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in delivering premium experiences to our customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-fashion frames and lenses, providing customized solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. You will be involved in pre-testing equipment, dispensing frames and lenses, and ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling satisfied and empowered.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and support the sales team in delivering premium experiences
  • Assist customers with pre-testing equipment and dispensing frames and lenses
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
