Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering premium customer service and ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience with SIXT Australia - VIC & SA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: You will be responsible for providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.
  • Manage Rental Agreements: You will be responsible for opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.
  • Answer Customer Enquiries: You will be responsible for answering any customer enquiries, face-to-face, over the phone, or by email.
  • Pick-up and Delivery of Vehicles: You will be responsible for pick-up and delivery of vehicles, when required.
  • General Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for general administrative tasks, including regular cleaning of vehicles to a premium standard.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of SIXT's quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork, and fleet.
  • Sales and Service: You will be responsible for selling additional, over-the-counter, rental products.
  • Team Collaboration: You will be part of a team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude, and a flair for sales.
  • Attention to Detail: You will be required to demonstrate strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential.
  • Computer Skills: You will be required to be competent in computer skills to perform daily tasks.
  • Driving Licence: You will be required to have a current, unrestricted full driving licence.
  • Working Rights: You will be required to have full working rights in Australia.
  • Flexibility: You will be required to have a flexible attitude, as our locations are 7-day operations, and shifts will include some weekends.
