About the Role:

As a Document Controller, you will advise key stakeholders on best practices for document management and maintain, control, issue, transmit and manage all types of controlled documents, ensuring the business has the correct information available at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with project teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure that information is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Lead the training, implementation, assessment, and improvement of Controlled Document Management in an electronic environment.
  • Review and provide ongoing implementation, development, and improvement of workflows and processes.
  • Coordinate the development of project handover and archival plans, as well as controlling, issuing, and distributing engineering and vendor documents.
  • Create and implement document control policies, procedures, processes, and standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in complex environments, including operational environments.
  • Demonstrated experience working with various document management systems and document control workflows.
  • Experience in engineering services, drawing management, asset management, and/or utility organizations.
