About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Demand and Supply Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing demand planning, purchasing inventory, and collaborating with internal teams and suppliers.


Responsibilities
  • Timely purchasing of products to meet customer demand
  • Planning supply and logistics activities for production materials and finished products
  • Reviewing open purchase orders for potential changes and ensuring volume coverage
  • Managing import & drop shipment with suppliers
  • Responsible for customs clearance for imported shipments
  • Prioritizing import shipments receiving sequence and processing of goods inwards
  • Verifying import shipment & freight invoices price for payment
  • Inventory management, including inventory reconciliation
  • Optimum Inventory Management: Analysis, Purchasing, Stock Analysis, Replenishment
  • Validating demand plans including volume at product family and SKU level
  • Developing, implementing and improving supply/demand planning methods using SAP tools
  • M+H forecast input demand to ensure on-time supply of required materials and components

Your Profile
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent field of education
  • Minimum 3 years' prior exposure to demand or supply planning
  • Strong communication, negotiations and rapport building skills with all levels of stakeholders
  • High capability in usage of Microsoft Excel, Power Point etc.
  • Proficient in analysing data, presenting plans/results, reporting issues, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with ERP systems SAP, MM, PP and Advanced Planning Systems are preferred but not essential
  • Excellent collaboration skills: work within a team to achieve common goals and be able to work with other teams and business functions
