Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the performance of our warehouse team, ensuring the maintenance and repair of our e-scooters, and developing and executing our Warehouse Management strategy.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective warehouse management processes
  • Servicing and repairing e-scooters
  • Ensuring quality control and basic maintenance on electric scooters
  • Managing inventory levels and conducting stocktakes
  • Providing training and support to new warehouse technicians
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations, particularly in the mobility or supply-chain space
  • Mechanical skills and ability to service and repair e-scooters
  • A suitable personal smart phone (Apple or Android device from 2018 or newer)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
