Key Stakeholder Engagement Role:

This pivotal position plays a crucial part in fostering and maintaining robust connections with key stakeholders, utilising strategic development, communication, engagement, and negotiation skills to onboard Queensland Road Managers into the new road access regime.

  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder relationship management capabilities, collaborating with local governments, the Queensland Police Service, and port authorities to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Provide high-level policy advice on implementation, delivery, and strategy for the new access regime within Queensland.
  • Leverage expertise to lead and manage stakeholder inclusion into the new road access regime, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Identify and mitigate risks posed to road and bridge assets by Class 1 heavy vehicles, guaranteeing optimal infrastructure protection.
