About the Role
- Manage the technical team's shared email, handle phone inquiries, and address general questions.
- Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Provide direct support to members of the engineering/design team.
- Coordinate project setups, manage essential documentation, and maintain project tracking in our internal software, SimPro.
- Oversee project handovers and ensure proper documentation flows across internal departments.
- Collaborate with client service officers from other departments to uphold standardised processes across the business.
- Assist with software subscriptions and ensure designer registrations remain compliant.
- Liaise with local councils and external stakeholders to streamline project operations.
- Support designers and CAD operators with supply authority submissions on design projects.
- Maintain high standards of document control across multiple systems.
About You
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and performing well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and systems.
- Team-oriented, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Minimum of 2 years in an administration role; industry experience is highly regarded.
- Motivated to grow and develop within the role and your team.
Requirements and Benefits
