Lead Store Manager
  • We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team as a Lead Store Manager.

As a Lead Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service and sales performance. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping an inspiring, customer-centric store culture while supporting the Store Manager to achieve exceptional performance.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of individuals who share your passion for sport and retail. Together, you will help create unforgettable customer experiences and drive results that exceed expectations.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to deliver budgets and KPIs.
  • Lead daily operations to ensure excellence across merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel services.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience, using loyalty and club programs to build lasting relationships.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders – from suppliers to community partners – to make the store a true hub of the local sporting community.
