Job Title: Business Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at a 24/7 fitness centre. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing business operations, leading teams and driving growth.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role in our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness centre, including management of staff, customer service, marketing and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive membership sales and retain existing members
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and meet budget targets
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth
