You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery across various sectors, including transport, roads, and civil infrastructure. Your expertise in civil engineering will be applied to contribute to project design and delivery in diverse markets.

As a leader, you will mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters, and collaborate across engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver local projects from strategy to detailed design and delivery
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Apply civil engineering expertise to contribute to project design and delivery
  • Lead client-facing projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, CPEng or working towards it
  • Working knowledge of transport infrastructure design principles and Australian standards
  • Proven experience delivering civil/transport projects in a multi-disciplinary consultancy
  • Project management experience, including client engagement, proposals, and design management
  • Strong engineering judgement with experience leading design and development
