  • Welcome and check in patients
  • Answer phones and manage email enquiries

  • Advise patients on preparation requirements
  • Quote fees and process payments
  • Handle DVA and third-party claims
  • Support clinical teams to provide smooth and efficient patient care

Required Skills And Qualifications
  • Warm and professional personality
  • Proven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
