We are seeking a talented Customer Service Ambassador to join our dynamic team in this exciting retail opportunity. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming shopping environment that exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Legendary Customer Experiences: Provide excellent customer service by following the 4C's of customer care, maximising sales opportunities, maintaining exceptional store presentation, and selling Value Add Products (VAPs) accessories.
  • Foster Strong Team Relationships: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain store standards, and provide support during peak periods.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets through effective product knowledge, up-selling, and cross-selling techniques.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management through effective communication.
  • Retail/Hospitality Experience: Possess a minimum of 6 months experience in a retail or hospitality environment, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
