About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cafe Attendant at NRMA Ocean Beach Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Serve Guests: Welcome guests with a smile, take orders, and handle cash and card transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coffee and Food Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items, adhering to our health and safety standards.
  • Table Service and Cleaning: Ensure tables are clear and clean, and restock fridge and freezer items as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cafe and resort teams to ensure seamless service and maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
