The ideal candidate will be warm, calm, responsible, and patient with prior experience working with young babies. The role involves caring for the baby, following their routine, preparing meals and snacks, engaging in age-appropriate activities, taking the baby out for walks and playtime, and assisting with light household duties.
Requirements:
- Caring for a newborn baby
- Establishing a daily routine for the baby
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for the baby
- Planning and participating in age-appropriate activities for the baby
- Providing safe and stimulating outings for the baby
- Assisting with light household duties to maintain a clean and organized home environment
Essential qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of experience working with infants
- A current first aid certificate
- A Working with Children's Check
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English
This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15 hours per week.
